We loved that it was very close to the train station, making it easy to get around the city. the hotel offered free parking, which was a great perk. the room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The lack of English language skills among the front desk personnel. It made communication difficult at times.

The hotel is located conveniently close to transportation, which was helpful during the busy New Year period. The Chinese restaurant on the premises was a great surprise, offering delicious food at affordable prices. We also appreciated the beautiful view of the sea from our room, which was a great way to start the new year.
The wifi was weak and difficult to access in our room, which was frustrating. the air conditioning didn't work well and the room was very warm, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff members were very friendly and provided great service. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was tasty and we enjoyed the free noodles in the evening. The hotel location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nice restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location is perfect, with the tram station just a short walk away. It's situated in a quiet part of town, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a great view of Mount Hakodate from the 6th floor. The staff here are incredibly friendly and polite, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. We also appreciated the amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and flat-screen TV.
This place is highly recommended.
